SM Record retains ownership of the Service and all related intellectual property rights.

● Termination

SM Record may terminate or suspend your Account or access to the Service at any time, without notice.

You may terminate your Account at any time; however, this will not affect any existing licenses or agreements already in place.

● Liability

SM Record is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Service.
You are responsible for any damages or losses caused by your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

● Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
